Maintaining the Vision With Vectorworks Landmark
When we are all so busy with work, it's a luxury to take some time away and the Society of Garden Designers conference is a chance to meet old friends, make new ones and learn, all at the same time. As usual we'll be there at the exhibition and we’re looking forward to catching up with you all again. We'll be showing Vectorworks Landmark 2013 and its integration with the Shoot Gardening database, to ease creation of maintenance schedules.
The conference theme, "Maintaining the Vision" is close to all of our hearts, both from a landscape point of view, but also when we think of developing our own businesses and our own professional development.
Training is our key passion, enabling our customers to make the most of their investment and see how Vectorworks can support their projects through the full life cycle — not just producing am initial plan. However, we recognise that time is critical to all of you, and finding time to work on the maintaining the vision for your own business is hard — it’s hard for us too! Customers come first and we all need to generate revenue. After initial training in Vectorworks, you need time to further develop your skills to enable the software to take the brunt of the repetitive tasks, calculations, etc.
But, did you know about our follow-on curriculum? For example, 3D Modelling, Site Modelling, Rendering, Refresher training? These one day courses give you the opportunity to focus on those areas that will give the best return for the mix of projects in your own business. With training subsidies available until the end of May, this could be the ideal way for you to move forward.
Too busy to visit us in person? We have many ways for you to access our curriculum — E-learning that you can access whenever, wherever and as often as you like) and of course, Residential Garden Design with Vectorworks Landmark.
If you can’t make it on Saturday, we’ll be sad not to see you, but do give us a call to catch up and we hope to see you soon.
