This one day course will look at the design process from the initial stages of importing an external file from an architect or client through to creating an interior scene.
The course then looks at the use of hybrid tools to establish architectural features such as walls, doors, windows and stairs. Attendees will then use the cabinetry tools and symbol libraries to create Kitchen and Bathroom layouts. Once the room and furniture layouts are created, lighting and circuiting plans can then be produced using specialist Vectorworks tools.
The course will then focus on how to pull information out of the drawing to produce Door, Window and Room Finish schedules. The course examines simple 3D Modelling techniques for creating bespoke objects, and props. The course also covers basic lighting and basic rendering with Renderworks.
This course is a natural follow on from our Foundation course and students can progress to a full architect course or perhaps a more detailed rendering using Renderworks or CINEMA 4D course.
The course includes tea, coffee, essential chocolate biscuits and a light lunch. Student rates are available.
