Directions to our office

From the North, keep on the A34 heading South. If coming from the M4 leave at Junction 13 and head south along A34 towards Southampton.

Ignore the left-hand filter for Newbury and continue on the A34 uphill for a further mile.

At this point, even those travelling from the South on the A34, take the next exit signed Donnington, Speen and Hungerford and head towards Newbury and Speen.

Watch out for the 30mph speed camera on the left as you go down the hill. After the bend at the bottom of the hill take the next Left signed Watermill Theatre - opposite the Hare & Hounds - called Station Road.

At the T-Junction at the end of Station Road, you have reached Lambourn Road, where you should turn left heading out of Newbury. You will go under A34 and pass the Five Bells Public House on the right.

The road then goes downhill and twists for approximately half a mile. We are based in the first development on the left hand side - brown barns with red roofs. Turn up the drive and we are in the two-storey barn conversion halfway up the hill on the left. Parking is available in front of the office, or lining the drive itself.
